The heavily used Dromana Community Centre’s amenities and foyer have been in need of a re-fresh and to make allowances for current accessibility requirements. With a tight 5 week schedule, More Building Group commenced works early in the new year which required extensive demolition, a complete renewal of underground sewer pipework (previous pipe work was cast iron from back in the 60’s), construction of three new distinct areas for male, female and accessible toilets and a refurbishment of the existing foyer.

The construction works encountered issues; however, all works were contained within the original project schedule and the Centre was opened for business 5 weeks later which was a great result for all involved.
